Digital marketing is a group of online and offline processes, used to attract visitors to a web page or platform. It also refers to the use of digital technology in promotion, such as using email messages, search engine optimization and social media marketing.

The process involves creating awareness, encouraging interest and promoting engagement with a product or service. The ultimate goal of digital marketing is to drive traffic from the Internet to a website. It can be carried out for free (e.g., through social media, blogs or forums), but it is also often supported by paid advertising. It represents a fast-moving, ever changing industry and you can stay up to date by visiting e.g., the internet.

Digital Marketing is a wide and varied topic with many different aspects. One aspect of digital marketing is search engine optimization. Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the online visibility of a website or web page in a search engine’s unpaid results.

So what really is Digital Marketing ?

Digital marketing is a unique phenomenon that human beings created. As part of our evolution, we humans have become masters at creating and managing systems for an extraordinary number of activities. This has led to the creation of digital marketing, which is just one more system that we created. This system is unique in that it manages information and other resources to affect a particular goal or set of goals. It’s not directly concerned with the physical world, like traditional marketing. Traditional marketing relies on many elements beyond human control.

Although digital marketing is a system, it doesn’t have the same kind of rigid structure that other systems do. It has something called ‘flexibility’. This means that with digital marketing, we can alter how we operate within the system to achieve different effects.

So what is the goal of digital marketing?

It’s to spread information about a particular product or service. By doing this, we hope that people will want to purchase and use it. A good digital marketing campaign uses information to convince people that they need a particular product or service, and to drive them towards buying it.

One of the most important features of digital marketing is its use in providing information. It allows us to spread information at an unprecedented rate and scale.
